Shipping, Payments and Returns:

At Paper Whale we use USPS (United States Postal Service) to fulfill your shipping needs. All orders for in-stock merchandise that are placed before 3pm PST, Monday thru Friday, will be processed and packed the same day. We will ship your order as soon as payment is received, which usually only takes 1 to 2 days with credit and debit cards. If you are paying by check we will ship once your check has cleared. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your order.

Due to high demand, certain items may be temporarily out of stock or may take longer to be shipped. You will be notified within 48 hours of your order if an item has a shipping delay.

Payment Options:

Paper Whale accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as Visa and MasterCard debit cards. You can also pay for your order using Pay Pal or by sending a money order to: Home Grown Productions, 1523 South Garfield Place, Kennewick, WA 99337.

Returns and Exchanges:

Paper Whale will happily accept returns on most merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please call or E-mail us to arrange return. An authorized return number from Paper Whale is required. We will exchange or issue you a full refund for merchandise that is returned to us in original condition. We do not issue refunds on shipping costs. Final sale items cannot be returned. Standard Shipping:

Orders that are shipped using our standard service and that are within the 48 contiguous states usually arrive 3-7 business days after shipment. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will take additional time. We ship direct from Washington State. Orders of in-stock merchandise made in the Pacific Northwest usually take 1 to 2 days for delivery.

International Shipping:

At Paper Whale we use USPS (United States Postal Service) Global Mail to fulfill your International shipping needs. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive your order.
